Vice President of Growth & Development Americas (m/f/d)

Your mission

For our subsidiary EP Power Minerals Americas Inc, we are looking for a Vice President of Growth and Development (m/f/d).

You will partner directly with the CEO to shape and execute bold growth strategies across the Americas. This role is ideal for a strategic leader with a strong commercial mindset and the ability to drive cross-functional initiatives in a dynamic, international environment.

Your tasks will include:

Lead cross-functional teams to align initiatives and execute the growth strategy
Develop and manage a proactive outreach program to ensure EP Power Minerals is considered for all supply chain management (SCM) opportunities in the Americas
Identify and pursue new contracts for fresh ash, other pozzolanic resources, and related services, leveraging the expertise and track record of our global team
Provide guidance and support to the Global Projects Development Team in evaluating opportunities and closing deals with utilities and stakeholders
Drive the establishment of new business units in partnership with technical, operations, finance, and corporate teams.
Identify and execute strategies to enhance year-over-year returns from M&A and direct investment initiatives
Lead strategic trading initiatives with selected partners in the cement and related industries. Collaborate with the global trading team to close transactions and enhance market presence.
Contribute to the successful integration and growth of newly acquired or launched business units within the group.

Your profile

Minimum 10 years of experience in relevant or adjacent industries, preferably in leadership roles involving business development, strategy, or corporate growth
Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field; MBA or other advanced degree is a plus
Proven growth mindset with the ability to drive business expansion and transformation
Strong analytical and strategic planning skills, including financial modeling and business case development
Deep understanding of industry trends, market dynamics, and operational levers
Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder engagement abilities
Flexible and hybrid work environment with collaboration across time zones in the U.S., Europe, and Asia
Up to 25% domestic travel and occasional international travel as required
