Job Description:
- Optimize and lead the cross-functional S&OP process by preparing the S&OP meetings and presenting relevant supply chain planning topics
- Coordinate and validate country-level demand and supply forecasts, ensuring data integrity and consistency in the European forecast model
- Maintain and continuously update a rolling rough-cut capacity plan for sourcing, production, and logistics based on inputs from the S&OP process
- Proactively manage supply bottlenecks, support risk mitigation planning, develop and propose countermeasures (together with other functions) to safeguard the achievement of sales, inventory and cost targets
- Oversee planning KPIs such as stock availability, working capital, and costs, driving continuous improvement initiatives
- Analyze and optimize the utilization of production capacities to maximize operational efficiency and responsiveness
- Allocate tasks within the European team according to respective capabilities; monitor progress and report to management on performance and development needs
